The reason for the wild decorations was simple.
Someone in our office turned 60 yesterday.
This someone is usually the first voice you hear on our phones.
To celebrate we had Racine’s famous seven-layer-danish-cake.
Immediately you wonder…
Bendtsen’s? O&H? No. Those weren’t good enough.
This special someone is much loved. And for good reason too.
This sixty-year old’s mother made a tall seven layer. From scratch.
I only wish you could have tasted it. So good.
