The 1st-5th Grade students will be singing along with the Adult Choir in both of the Sunday morning worship services on Sunday, May 17, 2026. Below are the lyrics to their songs. The plain text will be sung by the adults, the italicized text will be the Children by themselves. The underline italicized text will be the adults and children together.
The students will rehearse every Sunday starting April 12 from 10:15-10:45 AM, and they will rehearse with the adults on Wednesday, May 13 from 6:30-7:15 (this is the Wednesday AFTER the AWANA dinner. They should also plan to be at church on May 17 at 8:15 AM for a final sound check with the adult choir & orchestra.
5th Grade students should be dropped off at Room 129 (Crosswalk Room) instead of their classroom at 10:15 AM on April 19, April 26, May 3, and May 10. Their teachers will bring them to their regular classroom after rehearsal is finished each week.
We record/stream online the first service only (audio & video), so if you do not want your child to be recorded/streamed as part of the choir, your child can participate in the second service only if you’d like. No names of children are ever posted with these services.
