Praying this week…
For the story of the woman at the well meeting Jesus and then bringing others to meet him to be repeated 1,000 times in Racine, Kenosha, UG, Burlington, Oak Creek and and all over Southeastern Wisconsin.
For the campers and staff at Camp Ripley. RBC’s college age group is staffing a camp for our kids this week. I am doubly thankful. First, that RBC kids get to learn and grow. Second, that RBC young adults get to serve and lead.
For courage and confidence to tell others about Jesus. That hardest thing about witnessing is opening your mouth. Saying that first word about the Savior. Our confidence and courage comes from being changed by Jesus’ love. Knowing that He loves us enables us to love others enough to risk rejection.
For Marquis Laughlin joining us next Sunday morning. The way he presents the Word of God in all of its simple strength will have an impact. Join me in praying that many visitors will be here with us.
For all of us to experience the continual joy (John 4:36) that comes from sowing and reaping and trusting God for the harvest.
