I thought this was funny…
You know how there are advertisements or smart-suggestions on the top-banner or sides of web pages?
I was on some Christian website today and on the right-hand side were three book suggestions. I don’t know if this was the standard suggestion or if it was customized by the site’s knowledge of my previous orders.
When I noticed the three authors suggested, I chuckled. It was like some sort of continuum. I’m not sure if it will strike anyone else as the same kind of funny. But it hit me.
I pictured it like some sort of morph-machine where one blends toward the other toward the other.
The three authors were (in this order)…
Charles Dickens, Mark Driscoll, John Piper
