At church last night I met a new couple who has been to RBC four weeks. They already attend an ABF. They came to Firm Foundations Sunday night. And here they were on Wednesday for Awana and prayer meeting. They really dove right in!
Talked to a man who just joined the choir. He shared with me that he figured it would be fun to sing, and it is. But what really surprised him is how much spiritual encouragement he receives from the other men in the choir. I was so happy to hear this good word.
Our elders are spending some time in Lake Geneva this weekend. Please pray for us. We will be doing some ministry evaluation and future planning. Mostly we want to spend lots of time in prayer together.
Over 80s birthday lunch today. RBC hosts a special lunch for anyone associated with our church who is over 80. How could you not love these people?
