Lauren Miller came to RBC in 2022 to serve as the Children’s Ministry Coordinator. She has a passion for helping children see the beauty and truth of Scripture and understand how the whole storyline of the Bible points to Jesus Christ. Lauren works to ensure that RBC’s children’s ministries are staffed with faithful volunteers, that students are taught God’s Word clearly and faithfully, and that parents are equipped with gospel-centered resources to disciple their children well at home.
Lauren oversees RBC’s children’s ministries from birth through 5th grade. She also enjoys finding and creating helpful resources that encourage and support families in the work of discipleship throughout the week. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. Before entering vocational ministry, she served as a first grade public school teacher for seven years.
Lauren and her husband, Dan, who serves as the Youth Pastor at RBC, have been blessed with four children.
