Psalm 103
Bless the Lord, O my soul

1.      My soul needs me to tell it to bless the Lord 1, 22
2.      My soul must remember and celebrate God’s goodness 2-7
3.      God forgives and takes my sin so very far away 8-12
4.      God loves and draws me so very close to him 13-14
5.      My life is short but God’s love is everlasting 15-18

Prayer Prompt

 

This Psalm does not have one prayer request in it. It is a prayer purely of praise and thanksgiving, of worship and rejoicing. Spend some time in prayer letting each verse lead you in a prayer time that is more filled with praise and worship than asking and requesting.
