Here in chapter 54 the benefits of Christ’s suffering and death (53) are celebrated in three pictures of redemption.
A barren woman rejoicing over her growing family (54:1-3)
A lonely wife comforted by her loving husband (54:4-10)
A poor city made beautiful and secure forever (54:11-17)
